Description
The fusion of shapes, materials and identities of Matera give rise to the I Sassi Collection by Timothee Studio. Inspired by the Sassi of Matera in calcarenite (soft sedimentary rock shaped over the years by water and eroded by the wind) and characterized by soft and organic lines, the collection is composed of several elements that can be variously assembled, designed both to encourage conversation and to make moments of domestic intimacy comfortable.
The project includes “special” versions that can live together or as single sculptural elements, daybeds, sofas and modular elements that give rise to infinite solutions that can be further enriched by optional elements. The I Sassi collection, in fact, includes four types of coffee tables in white lacquer, canaletto walnut or pink lacquer finishes, which contrast in their square and rational shapes with the round and harmonious ones of the padded modules and which can live both individually and combined in a suggestive system of interlocking elements.
