1. General Information<\/h3>\n

At Room Design, we aim to provide a clear and transparent order cancellation procedure.<\/p>\n

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing it.<\/p>\n

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email to info@roomdesign.gr<\/strong><\/a> or by contacting one of our stores.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation<\/h3>\n

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been accepted or processed.<\/p>\n

Where the sales contract has not yet been concluded, the Company will normally be able to cancel the order without any further action.<\/p>\n

Any payment already collected will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

3. Cancellation After Order Confirmation<\/h3>\n

If an order has already been confirmed, customers should contact Room Design immediately to request cancellation.<\/p>\n

We will review the order’s current status and inform the customer whether cancellation can be completed before shipment or delivery.<\/p>\n

For eligible distance-selling contracts, consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal, including the right to notify the Company of their decision to withdraw before receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

For orders that are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation after contract formation may be subject to an individual agreement with the Company.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation of Custom-Made or Personalised Products<\/h3>\n

Certain products may be manufactured according to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.<\/p>\n

Examples may include furniture manufactured to unique dimensions or products specially manufactured according to customer-specific design requirements.<\/p>\n

Under applicable consumer protection legislation, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to such products.<\/p>\n

The Company will inform the customer where a relevant statutory exception applies before the sale is concluded.<\/p>\n

The fact that a product is ordered from a supplier or is temporarily out of stock does not, by itself, mean that the product is legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Any voluntary cancellation arrangement for genuinely personalised products will be confirmed individually.<\/p>\n

This section does not affect statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming products.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation After Dispatch<\/h3>\n

If an order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.<\/p>\n

Customers should contact Room Design to arrange the appropriate next steps.<\/p>\n

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may exercise that right in accordance with our Returns Policy.<\/p>\n

Applicable return shipping costs and any special arrangements for bulky furniture will be communicated in accordance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n

6. Cancellation by Room Design<\/h3>\n

The Company may need to cancel an order where fulfilment is impossible due to circumstances such as product unavailability, discontinued manufacturing, or other legitimate reasons.<\/p>\n

The customer will be informed promptly.<\/p>\n

Where the Company cancels an order that cannot be fulfilled, any amounts already paid for the affected goods will be refunded as required by law.<\/p>\n

7. Refunds Following Cancellation<\/h3>\n

Where an order is validly cancelled and a refund is due, reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed.<\/p>\n

For statutory consumer withdrawals, refunds will be processed within the deadlines required by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

Where goods have already been delivered, the Company may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or the consumer provides evidence of having sent them back, as permitted by law.<\/p>\n

No refund fee will be imposed for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
